Hi folks, I think most of you know that I'm involved in a project to develop and manage a Subject Thesaurus for Zines <https://anchorarchive.org/subject-thesaurus>, associated with the Anchor Archive Zine Library. A group of us have just finished a long project of updating the Thesaurus and now we're thinking about how to continue developing and managing it in a more formal, collective way going forward. There is some overlap in the people involved in this thesaurus project and ZineCat and definitely overlap in the projects' users and goals, and we have talked about technical integrating the Thesaurus into ZineCat and the possibility of managing the projects together. I was wondering if you want to have a meeting to discuss how we could work together in the future? I think it would be good timing for the Zine Thesaurus group in terms of where we're at in planning and preparing for a formal launch. I don't know if it's good timing for the ZineCat folks. I know February is quickly coming to a close, but I'd love to get a meeting for us on the calendar in the next month or so. Discussing our affinities and shared goals would be really beneficial.
