Hi all, I'm excited to introduce Graciela Iliana Ordonez Alcala and welcome her to the Zine Thesaurus and ZineCat planning group (or whatever we're called). I recently met Graciela in Mexico City, after being connected by Kelly McElroy. Graciela runs the Fanzinoteca zine archive at the Museo Universitario del Chopo in Mexico City, where they use the Thesaurus for cataloguing and have been translating it into Spanish. This is our digital repository http://archivodesobediente.chopo.unam.mx/ We build it in Collective Acces and use CDWA (Categories for the description of work of art) as a metadata standard. We`ve been using various thesaurus and list of vocabulary from around the world including the zine subject thesaurus.
