I thought part of the appeal of state park was milo's in for a room we could use, in which case maybe outside food wouldn't be a problem? My sister has said "just ask for it without dairy or eggs", which is not super helpful, though it sounds like SP can be accomidating on the food. But I'm not committed to it by any means.
